With a few of my friends who are also developers, I'm creating a community. The community's primary goal is to bridge the gap between a newcomer to tech and an employer. These days, it's more difficult for newcomers to the industry to find employment at both small and large tech companies. This is especially true in Africa, specifically in Nigeria, and in some other nations.
